Completely attentive to my needs, explained every step of the process clearly and easy to understand, insured the right tile was going to be installed, during installation process made sure I was part of the process and pleased with each step. Jeff did such a great job on our kitchen!  The project had a couple quirks (unexpected deadline, not enough tiles due to my mis-count, etc.) and Jeff went out of his way to help.  Everything installed seamlessly and our glazed brick backsplash is really gorgeous.  I also own an interior design firm here in San Diego and have brought Jeff and his team on the job for various clients.  Their craftmanship and work ethic are beyond excellent.
